Why not hire Hansley Beard as your own wedding P.A.? We’ll organise everything for you, every step of the way, taking care of all the admin., research and chasing up. We’ll liaise with your own chosen suppliers or tell you about the excellent ones we’ve worked with before. As well as working closely with you to develop your desired theme and design, we’ll also be there on the day, ensuring everything goes smoothly for you and your guests. Our full planning fee is worked out once we’ve sat down with you and discussed how we can help you best.

For many of you, organising your own wedding is part of the fun. At Hansley Beard we recognise that sometimes you may still need someone to work with you, filling in any gaps, offering advice and troubleshooting problems or quandaries if they arise. We can co-ordinate the jobs you’ve delegated to your family and friends or support them in co-ordinating your wedding day on your behalf. Our part planning fee is worked out at an hourly rate once we’ve sat down with you and discussed how we can help you best.

You’ve spent hours and hours planning your wedding down to the very last detail but of course on the day itself you are going to be pre-occupied getting married. As part of our wedding day management service, we can be there all day liaising with your bridal party, family and friends, the venue, your officiant, and your suppliers to ensure everything goes according to your vision. This service may also include overseeing your venue set-up and decoration. We will meet with you four weeks before your wedding, to give us time to take all your plans on board and get to know you and your wishes. Our aim is to ensure you and your guests have a happy, stress-free day and that everything happens at the right time in the right place and to the right people! From £400.

Are you looking for a vintage wedding dress? Would you like a film of your wedding that looks like an old movie? Would you like to incorporate customs and little touches from the past? Would you like your hair styled in a 1920s wave? Our background and passion for history means we are uniquely placed to help you make your wedding ‘all things vintage’. We speak regularly to our specialist vintage suppliers and are constantly developing new ways of recreating your desired time in history. We back this up with ongoing research into weddings through the ages, ensuring that the details are as authentic and accurate as possible. So if you want a whole vintage wedding or just a little vintage twist, contact us to see how we can help you. Our fee for this service is charged exactly the same as for non-vintage weddings.

We specialise in venue decor and styling. We are known for our thorough attention to detail and for helping you to actualise your ideas and creative vision, including the purchase of items, set-up and clear-up. We are innovative in colour and theme development and in sourcing the right items for you. We work closely with creative suppliers such as florists and designers to bring a unique flair to your wedding. From £400.

Alternatively if you have already planned your theme and sourced all your decorative items, we can set them up for you on the day itself. From £200.

We recognise that brides often want to do some of the work themselves, pulling in friends and family to help. That’s why we offer to hire out most of our styling items, including our vintage crockery, jars and serving plates. Contact us with your ideas to find out how we can help.

Every couple wants their wedding to be unique. An individually designed Hansley Beard Dessert or Candy Bar will provide a beautiful focal point at your reception offering delicious desserts, chocolates or sweets for your guests, all chosen by you to fit your theme, colour scheme and tastes. Nowadays all sorts of marriage options are possible from formal religious marriages to non-religious ceremonies and everything in between. With experience in traditional Church weddings, civil ceremonies, inter-faith weddings, humanist ceremonies, affirmations of vows and wedding blessings, Hansley Beard can help you explore which route is best for you as a couple, advise on writing your ceremony or put you in touch with the appropriate venues and organisations to help you further. Charged at an hourly rate.

Booking your venue is an early priority when planning your wedding and it can take a lot of your time visiting all of the different options. Whether you’re looking for a particular style of venue, in a particular location or with a certain capacity for your guests, Hansley Beard can suggest recommended local venues to suit your requirements. £140 for 3 venue recommendations.

We also offer a venue liaison option if you need someone to finalise or clarify further details with the chosen venue after booking. Charged at an hourly rate.

Researching suppliers to match your style, your location and your budget can be a time consuming task! How do you know which ones will be right for you and your wedding? We work with many local suppliers, including florists, caterers and entertainers, who have already been checked by us for quality and reliability. Let us know what you’re looking for and we can point you in the right direction. £75 for 3 recommended suppliers. Additional recommendations £25 each.

We also offer a supplier liaison service, meeting regularly with your suppliers to finalise arrangements and represent your ideas and wishes. Supplier liaison charged at an hourly rate.

Essentially your wedding is about you getting married, but if you’re looking for extra special touches to ensure your guests’ day goes without a hitch as well, we can help organise your guest list, deal with special requirements, offer ideas for accommodation, put together welcome packs for visitors from further afield, organise your gifts and cards, or help with thank-you cards after the wedding. Charged at an hourly rate.

Shopping for your dress or groom’s outfit is one of the most enjoyable elements of organising your wedding. We have personal contact with many bridal shops and suppliers and can put you in touch with them or accompany you on your visits. We also have contacts with suppliers of accessories and finishing touches including hair styling and make-up. Charged at an hourly rate.

If you would like to discover which colours and styles suit you and your bridal party the best, we can also arrange for you to visit a colour and style consultant.

We have all sorts of ideas and contacts to help you arrange a hen party or bridal shower with a difference. We can organise pamper evenings in the comfort of your own home, including beauty and skincare pampering, delicious dessert bars, and luxury food and drink. Why not make your bespoke floristry workshop double up as a hen party for the girls, complete with tea and cake? Or tell us what other ideas you have and we’ll help you to achieve them.
